How It was made

Used Google Veo 3.1 fast with a character sheet of the singer as first frame and long prompts. Precise prompting and the addition "immediate cut to:" at the beginning of the prompt gave me very good character consistency and quality, while generating every single scene as it was Text to Video, instead of generating every scene and shot as image first. This allowed for a fast and intutive workflow, even for the singing performance, because Veo 3.1 can generate these with voices and emotional expressions. The timing is of course not right, because there is no audio input for Veo 3.1 (yet), so I needed to lipsync the performance shots afterwards: Sync2Pro from sync.so worked best for that. Editing was done in Premiere, a lot of finetuning and artistic decisions for the fast pacing musicvideo.
