## Waitless

Our app is called Waitless. Waitless is a calling app that targets diners to enhance customer experience, decrease server work volume, and increase restaurant revenue.

When our customers interact with their server through our app, it decreases the wait time and allows them to place order multiple times which will upgrade their waiting and dining experience. There is a box in the app where diners can put their regular and customized order online through their cell phone. Servers can deliver the food directly from the kitchen, thus will decrease the wait time for diners. Once the order was placed, diners are able to monitor the status of order and go back to re-order if they need to add anything. And also diners can rate their dining experience and servers, which will make diners’ dining experience valuable and be heard to the restaurant.

Moreover, the app frees server from running back and forth from the table to the kitchen by simply clicking one call server button. Thus, it decrease their work volume greatly. Decreased waiting time will also create better relationships between servers and diners. Moreover, servers can collect their tips online with this app, which will increase the tips. People often pay more tips because of less waiting time and more satisfaction with their dining experience. Electronic payment also save servers time to give changes to people.

Last but not least, restaurant owners will increase their revenue with this app by having higher turnout rate and manage customers better, as well as servers. Decreased waiting time will increase the turnout rate in the restaurants and the database our app provides will help owners manage diners staying hours, orders they placed and waiting time and servers review.This will optimize their management procedures.
