Inspiration- The Washington Indian Arts and Crafts project has been planning a logo system to promote authentic Indian Arts and Crafts. We built a website to support the project.

What it does- The website allows Indian Artists to sign up for the logo system and promote their art. It allows consumers to find authentic Indian arts and crafts and avoid cheaply made imitations.

How we built it- We used wordpress

Challenges we ran into- getting facebook feed and twitter feed fully integrated

Accomplishments that we're proud of- defining a doable scope and finishing the website

What's next- Ideally we would like to set up a system where we can create an artist database and people can search for arts and crafts based on their location and tribal affiliation. We would also like to add a store so arts can sell directly from the site.
