Think about how modern car manufacturing works. There’s no giant warehouse packed with spare engines or computer chips sitting around for months. It’s entirely 'just-in-time'. Parts arrive at the factory gates right when they’re needed on the assembly line.

When that runs smoothly, it’s poetry. But when a winter storm delays a shipment of microchips in Indiana, or a software glitch halts an assembly line in Texas, the ripple effects are brutal.

Assembly schedules freeze. Dealerships start calling plant managers wondering where their inventory is. And frustrated customers are left in the dark about their new cars.

To make matters worse, the information coming into headquarters is a complete mess. You get panic messages in ops chats, formal supplier bulletins, rumors from field reps, and random emails asking where to find marketing brochures.

Human coordinators spend hours just piecing together what actually happened, who it affects, and what policy says they’re allowed to do. We built the Wacky Wheels Operations Control Tower to solve that chaos in real time.
