The problem our project solves
Nowadays more than 50 millions European employees are stuck at home, working remotely and struggling to find a good work-life balance. It’s a real mental challenge, where we all need support.
We also see more than 5 million European SMEs having difficulties to stay afloat or to move their activities online. They need help with business diversification towards digital consumers.
The solution we bring to the table
Our Wellbeing-as-a-Service solution fixes both problems: we enable rewarding experiences for the new remote workforce, while helping local providers kickstart their business.
In our Go-To-Market strategy, we offer our platform to SMEs who already provide wellbeing experiences ranging from body workouts, healthy food, mindfulness, to help, fun, and learning activities. They need urgent help with digitalisation and we provide them a new online sales channel.
Secondly, we offer our platform to responsible businesses who understand the importance of personal wellbeing (in the current context) and the increased growth they can achieve through more engaged and balanced employees.
It’s a B2B marketplace, offering a win-win opportunity for everybody!
What we have done during the weekend
In the last few days we’ve made huge progress from an idea to a first working MVP / prototype. We have the concept, the validation, and a huge market opportunity. We now have the MVP, the main user journeys (browse and claim experiences, earn badges and points as gamification), and also the backend for the local businesses to manage their services, track orders and see customer profile statistics.
The solution’s impact to the crisis
The potential socio-economic impact of our solution is quite significant.
We have tens of millions of employees (in Europe alone) working remotely and struggling with personal wellbeing at work. We also have millions of SMEs (local European businesses) with difficulties to stay afloat.
Our solution is the bridge that connects and helps all sides:
- Employees = we help busy teleworkers with choice and freedom to unlock wellbeing at work with rewarding experiences (fitness, food, mind, help, talk, fun, learning).
- Businesses = we help responsible businesses achieve growth through more engaged employees and cost savings on overall corporate benefits.
- Local providers = we help wellbeing providers grow by providing them a new sales channel targeting modern teleworkers. It’s a B2B flexible wellbeing-as-a-service platform, because adaptability is not voluntary anymore, it is business imperative!
The necessities in order to continue the project
Being an early-stage start-up and tackling an impact and social challenge, we are struggling with multiple issues: raising awareness, building our audience, building the product, having a holistic yet lean approach, limited resources, thus any relevant help and strategic support will be useful.
The value of our solution after the crisis
We expect to see the current switch towards remote working to last even after the crisis and to be a trend and a normality going forward. Our solution is flexible and perfectly positioned to cope with the post-covid-19 era too, as there are a lot of industries where employees (working remotely or not) need choice and flexibility in their benefits in order to achieve physical and mental wellbeing.
