Inspiration
Starting out in my career, I kept on getting ripped off when signing contracts due to one fine print or the other and it was just a hassle to wait weeks for a lawyer to draft a contract I need.
The concepts of Concept AI came from that idea that people need to build contracts on analyze it on the fly but might not be able
What it does
It allows you to build or analyze a contract in real time. Giving you somewhere to build on for your contracts and allwoing you to understand all your contracts.
How we built it
We built an application using Kotlin that allows users to choose the type of contract they want to build and give a description. Gemini would ask for questions for more context. We will then pass all that to Gemini and have it generate a contract
Challenges we ran into
1. Time - We learnt of the hackathon late (A week to submission date)
2. google_generative_ai flutter package doesn’t support PDFs or other non-image file types.
Accomplishments that we're proud of
1. The idea
2. What we were able to build in a short time ( 2days )
3. The user experience and nicheness of the idea
What we learned
1. A lot of new technologies
2. Time is very important
3. Always have the user in mind
- Resposible AI and sensitivity of contracts and inform the user, it is not to be used without a lawyer

Feature 1 - Analyze Contract ( Finish the analyze contract feature on the app )
Feature 2 - Subscription- Allows users to subscribe and tht would then limit how many contracts they can create or analyze. This can also include the company edition.
Feature 3 - Chat Feature - Build a chatbot to allow chat gpt gain more context when building the contract
Feature 4 - Lawyer Version - Build a version of the app specifically for lawyers
Feature 5 - Company Edition ( Organizations of lawyers subscribing for all their lawyers )
