What it does:

vTour is an AI-powered property tour platform that eliminates the frustration of coordinating schedules with agents and the disappointment of properties that don't match expectations. vTour's is an intelligent virtual real estate agent available 24/7 with ability to connect to a live person for in-person property visit.

Core Features :

1. AI Tour - Interaction with the persona of the property agent who has been prompted to know Atlanta area Inside out.
2. Walking Tour - Immersive natural speaking voice going through each room of the house.
3. 3D Neighborhood Exploration - Which shows nearby landmark and places to visit.

Inspiration:

Personal story of house hunting - The real-world problem that sparked the idea - agent's being overwhelm/ unable to have the right knowledge or understanding and buyer frustration with repetitive inquiries.

How we built it:

Technical stack and architecture decisions, from Bolt,new ( React/TypeScrip)t to voice integration using tavus and deployed with netlify

Challenges we ran into:

Bolt.new (prompt) commands being ignored, incompleted, rendered images were not shown in URL
