What it does This webapp does the following : --- allow users to make new friends --- allow users to stay up to date on the news ---- allow users to engage in group political discussions ---- allow people to vote for propositions and petitions.
How I built it I used python, flask, html, and css to make this
Challenges I ran into I tried learning google firebase for this project for backend; however I didnt have enough time. I also didnt have time to finish part of the UI
Accomplishments that I'm proud of Im proud of finishing this in 5 hours and writing over 1000 lines of code
