Creating product listings is time-consuming for merchants. We wanted a faster way to turn product videos into ready-to-use listings.
What it does
VOPI converts simple product videos into complete product listings using AI, including images, titles, bullet points, and descriptions.
How we built it
We built a web-based AI workflow that processes video input, extracts key frames, generates product images, and produces optimized listing content using large language models.
Challenges we ran into
Handling video processing, maintaining output quality, and balancing speed with cost were major challenges.
What we learned
We learned how to combine video understanding, generative AI, and ecommerce workflows into a single automated pipeline.
What's next
We plan to integrate deeper with ecommerce platforms and enable one-click publishing for merchants.
