Volunteer Management System (VMS): United Nations World Food Program, Pakistan (UN-WFP) intends to procure an online Volunteer Management System for PRCS. This system will have standardized work flows which may contain hierarchical multiple approval levels for Volunteers registration, Certifications, Trainings and Events.

The system will have admin module to manage the privileges and access rights. This will eliminate the chance of unauthorized disclosure of information and hence will maintain integrity. VMS have the following Modules: • Volunteer’s Registration Portal Profile making and Training / Event attending. • Trainings/Events with Multiple Locations National and Provisional Level • Planning • Collaboration with organization • Campaign • Setup form junior/youth • Insured volunteers • Volunteer’s Request • Reports • Dashboard with Rich User Graphical Reports and Separate Calendar • Email/ SMS Notification for events and Approvals • System setting
