Code for our team in the VolHacks IV hackathon
Held between 9/27/19 and 9/29/19 in the Min Kao Electrical Engineering and Computer Science building at the University of Tennessee
Takes input from a temperature sensor and reads until it gets to a specified temperature for a set amount of time, used to dry 3D printing filament.
We decided to pursue this project when two of our members realized that our 3d printing filament was slowly going bad simply by sitting around. Over time, 3d printing filament takes on moisture, and this machine uses a combination of hardware and software to dry it out.
