Inspiration

We noticed many people struggle to understand what their customers really feel. Feedback tools are either too complex or too basic. We wanted to create something simple, clean, and fast — a tool that helps anyone, especially small business owners, collect real feedback with no hassle.

What it does

VoiceHub lets you create a feedback form in seconds. You can share the link with customers, and they can respond without logging in. The responses are collected in your dashboard, helping you understand what your users think.

Making the form system both flexible and simple to use. Designing a clean UI while keeping it functional for all devices.

Accomplishments that we're proud of

Created a smooth user flow from form creation to viewing insights. Kept everything lightweight and easy to use for non-technical users.

Issue: The share link has suddenly stopped working.

Status: Investigating the issue; a fix will be applied shortly.

Update 1: Ideation and Planning

Identified the gap: Small business owners need a simple, no-fuss tool to collect customer feedback.

Existing tools are either too technical or too restrictive.

Defined the MVP goal: Create forms quickly, share them easily, and view feedback without complexity.

Decided to use Bolt.new to build it visually, without writing code.
