Inspiration
Clinicians consistently report that documentation is one of the most time‑consuming and frustrating parts of patient care. In reviews from local clinics, patients describe long wait times, rushed visits, and providers “typing more than talking.” Providers describe burnout, backlogs, and difficulty keeping patient histories up to date during fast‑paced appointments.
Across the community, one theme is clear: Capturing accurate HPIs in real time is broken.
What it does
The goal is to make a speech to text scribe that allows the patient to advocate for themselves and have the totality of the information regarding their visit taken into account while circumventing the note-taking process for healthcare providers. It allows a patient's voice to be recorded and their speech transcribed before being formatted into an HPI-notes formatted document (like scribe notes) that can be edited by a doctor before being saved under the patient's unique assigned ID.
