Inspiration

As a solo founder and creator, I constantly struggle to keep up with the pace of content creation. I wanted a way to turn natural, off-the-cuff voice notes into powerful, structured content—without having to write everything myself. That’s what inspired VoiceAI Pro: a platform that converts voice recordings into long-form content, social captions, emails, and more in seconds.

What it does

VoiceAI Pro is a voice-to-content platform that:

Lets users speak naturally into their phone or computer

Automatically transcribes the audio

Converts that voice input into polished content formats: blog posts, emails, social media captions, YouTube descriptions, and more

Supports custom templates and tones for personalized branding

Enables users to go from idea to publish-ready content—all by speaking

How we built it

Whisper for transcription

N8n for json deployment

GPT-4o for multi-format content generation

Supabase for user data storage

CSS for clean, modern UI

The UI was designed to feel like a studio dashboard—simple, beautiful, and lightning fast

Challenges we ran into:

Restrictions on certain voice agents that didn't have permission to access areas in a specific CRM.

Tuning GPT to produce content that actually sounded human and not overly generic

Reducing latency in the voice-to-output process

Designing a simple UX flow that didn’t overwhelm users with options

Staying focused and shipping a usable MVP within the tight hackathon window

Accomplishments that we're proud of:

Successfully shipped a working MVP within the weekend

Created a voice-based workflow that actually works and feels natural

What we learned

Simplicity wins. Users just want tools that work fast and feel intuitive. (And there are some revisions coming to remove functionality that we don't need.

Voice input can reduce friction in content creation more than we imagined.

Speed of shipping matters—especially in hackathons.

Building with AI isn’t about more features; it’s about solving the real pain point better.
