Our project is a complaint registration website designed to make the process of submitting and managing complaints simple, fast, and organized. In many institutions, complaints are still handled manually, which causes delays and confusion, so we wanted to create a digital solution that improves transparency and efficiency. The website allows students to submit complaints related to academics, infrastructure, transport, and general issues, while administrators can view, manage, and prioritize them based on urgency. We built the platform using basic web technologies with user login, complaint forms, and an admin dashboard to track and resolve issues. One of the main challenges was connecting the frontend and backend, handling authentication, and ensuring data was stored and displayed correctly. We are proud that we successfully developed a functional and user-friendly system within the hackathon timeline and gained valuable experience in web development, teamwork, and problem-solving. Through this project, we learned how real-world applications are designed and implemented. In the future, we plan to enhance the platform by adding AI features such as duplicate complaint detection, automatic priority assignment, analytics, notifications, and improved security to make the system more intelligent and scalable.
