While talking to restaurant managers, I noticed a common problem in drive-thru and quick-service environments: one person is often tied up taking orders, repeating the same questions over and over. This limits speed, increases errors, and prevents staff from focusing on food preparation and service.
I wanted to explore how voice AI could take over this repetitive task in a natural way, without changing the customer experience.
