Voice detecting answering machine

It's very simple solution.....just change flow chart of answering machine, applicable to answ.-mach units, smartphone apps, and MaBell answ.-mach's. This is so simple and basic it needs no pictures or videos to explain, but simple picture & zip attached anyway; it is rapidly applicable with today's technology. I had 11yrs experience as electronic engineer, so I attest this will work.
