Inspiration With the help of “voice bot Technology ” we will automate the filling in of application forms received in different languages from elderly migrants to freiwillig .hamburg /volunteer service in Hamburg and than worldwide during quarantine. We have developed the Semantic Voice Robot, which is a dialogue assistant to improve communication efficiency. It can be easily integrated into the call centre and offers a wide range of call centre routine activities, ensuring high efficiency and integration with telephone management systems (e.g. CRM/ERP/BPM).
