Inspiration
Siri, Google Assistant, and Alexa are voice assistants we use every day, but never know how it works. We tried to build a basic version of it to get a deeper understanding of how it works.
What it does
It greets the user, searches Wikipedia for information, opens Google and Youtube, tells time, and plays music on the voice command of the user.
How we built it
We looked up modules and libraries to build basic voice recognition. Then we combined our basic Python skills with those libraries to build this program.
Challenges we ran into
Installation and finding attributes in the module took a long time. Debugging and logical implementations were tedious.
Accomplishments that we're proud of
We got the opportunity to upgrade our tech stack and explore new domains.
What we learned
We learned about new python libraries and modules.
What's next for Voice Assistance Mark
New and improved features including new APIs and machine learning models.
