While looking for challenges to tackle we found the task issued by Intuit to be very compelling. We wondered how we would simplify an already complex process like tax filing beyond the simplification attempts made by various organizations , including Intuit.
After an exciting round of brainstorming, we decided to extend the convenience of voice assistants to the field of tax filing. Our project was focused on improving the processes at Intuit Proconnect , to help their customer representatives with their task of providing valuable service. We leveraged the power of voice assistants like Alexa and Google Home. The use of these devices will greatly improve service and make tax filing even simpler for Intuit’s large customer base.
