Many children lose interest in repetitive speech practice, and most tools are audio-only and built mainly for English. They often miss regional sounds like Malayalam ഴ, ള and റ, and they give little visual help to children who cannot rely on audio feedback. Specialist equipment and supervised sessions can also be costly or hard to arrange. We wanted a free, browser-based tool that speaks the child's own language and feels like a game, so we built VocaSight Kids. It is a practice companion, not a diagnostic tool, and it does not replace a speech-language pathologist
