Inspiration

As a vibe coder, I love moving fast, exploring ideas, and building in flow. But I find myself keep running into the same chaos loops — bouncing between ChatGPT, Google Docs, sticky notes, and todo apps just to brainstorm, plan, and keep track of things.

I’d use AI to break down features or improve a design, then manually copy that into to-do lists. I had different kinds of notes I wanted to keep: project thoughts, useful links, good prompts, future ideas… I tried Jira — too heavy. Google Docs — too messy. There just wasn’t a clean, lightweight way to organize it all without killing momentum.

So I built VLab — a minimalist, AI-powered workspace made specifically for vibe coders like me. It helps you brainstorm, generate PRDs, plan roadmaps, break down tasks, and store prompts and notes — all in one terminal-inspired workspace that keeps you in flow.

And I realized I’m not alone. Vibe coding is a shared experience — we’re all hacking, prompting, prototyping, and figuring things out together. So VLab also includes a community layer: a space for builders to share prompt templates, workflow tips, and ideas with each other.

What it does

VLab gives vibe coders just enough structure to stay organized and productive — without killing the vibe. All-in-one tools to go from idea → roadmap → shipped, plus a community to level up together.

What's next for VLab

Some features still need polish, and there are more ideas I didn’t get to implement yet due to time constraints. I’m excited to start getting feedback from fellow vibe coders and keep evolving VLab — built by the community, for the community.
