Inspiration
In an age of digital noise, our most precious resource—focus—remains invisible. We wanted to design for the next frontier of self-knowledge: a world where "mental presence" is as measurable as a heartbeat, transforming the intangible experience of concentration into a shared, visual reality.
What it does
Vivid is a system which include an app and a wearable device that grants users to perceive a new sense: Chronos-Aura. By detecting neural oscillations via the integrated Vivid Chip, it visualizes how well a person is focusing.
How we built it
We primarily used Figma Make, Figjam, and slides.
Challenges we ran into
It was our first time using Figma tools so there was definitely a bit of a learning curve, but Figma Make was super easy to get our ideas fabricated quickly
Accomplishments that we're proud of
First Figma Competition. Brought together friends from 3 separate universities. Worked remotely to achieve our final product.
What we learned
Figma is a very powerful tool for us as students. We will definitely be leveraging all the tools for future school projects.
What's next for Vivid
Get it across schools and students all over the world. Help every learn and focus at a deeper level.
