Inspiration

Our project was inspired by the difficulties faced to the retailers. We aimed to solve the problem of retailers getting up early in the morning and making trips to the mandi.

What it does

Our project, vivers is designed to supply vegetables from mandi to vegetables retailers early in the morning without making trip to mandi at their doorstep. When vegetables retailers put order online from 8pm to 1am at our site vivers.pk then after 3am we process order at mandi in Faisalabad and delivered the vegetables to the vehicles that transported to the retailers before 8am at their shops.

How we built it

We built our website using WordPress website with diverse team and integrated woo commerce.

Challenges we ran into

During the development vivers we face challenges like awareness and credit management. Despite these challenges, we were able to make our revenue over 2700000..

Accomplishments that we're proud of

We're proud of that we cross break even without any further net burn rate. Our project has the potential to of scalability with TAM market over 5 billion dollar in Pakistan.

What we learned

Through this project, we learned we have to make assure our presence in Pakistan. We gained valuable experience in local jargons.

What's next for vivers

We are planning to increase revenue
