Viva Venezuela
Inspiration
We wanted to make a difference for a country with lots of passion and talent. Our hope is to inspire them as they have done for us. We feel for Venezuela and the times it is currently facing and we wanted to do something for the cause which inspired us to the fullest to work for this.
What it does
It provides insights through tableau graphs. It provides data analysis through R shiny app & a base python script to adhere to along with finally a new redesigned excel file.
How we built it
We began with deep data understanding, cleaning, exploration, analysis, and insights. The end result is something that even though we wish we could have had more time we still are proud and we still believe that we gave 100%.
Challenges we ran into
Dirty data, creative stalwarts in order to provide maximum benefit to the audience.
Accomplishments that we're proud of
Our deliverables are of a wide variety so that the audience can continue now and explore in the future for this terrible issue.
What we learned
That Venezuela is a country that deserves more than meets the eye. We all could use a little more Venezuela in our hearts
What's next for Viva Venezuela Dashboard
A weekly report status that is no 0 indexed from a new fiscal year calendar model. Along with a correlation of hospital types. Understanding of a improved scarcity valuation and a user interactive shiny app that is for doctors that delivers insights of splitting variables.
