Inspiration With Vitality Inside, I wanted to explore the relationship between food, taste, and health. My inspiration came from Japanese tokusatsu series of the 1990s, whose colorful and dynamic style allowed me to bring energy and symbolism to this theme.
What it does The track reflects on how the food we choose shapes our lives — standing at the crossroads between pleasure and well-being. The video amplifies this reflection through a playful yet striking visual language inspired by retro Japanese heroes.
How I built it I took charge of the entire process: Music composition, crafting a sound that echoes both vitality and nostalgia. Artistic direction, defining a style that merges health awareness with 90s Japanese aesthetics. Video production, using AI and editing tools to translate this vision into colorful, action-driven sequences.
Challenges I ran into The main challenge was to balance the conceptual depth of the theme (health and food choices) with a playful, pop-culture visual universe. Making sure the video stayed accessible while still carrying its message required careful design.
Accomplishments that I’m proud of I managed to transform an abstract theme into a vibrant, engaging audiovisual experience. The fusion of serious reflection with lighthearted retro aesthetics gave the project a unique identity.
What I learned I learned how to reinterpret childhood visual codes and reframe them into an adult, conceptual narrative. It showed me how powerful nostalgic aesthetics can be when reimagined with today’s creative tools.
What’s next for VITALITY INSIDE MUSIC VIDEO The next step is to expand this universe into a series of short clips exploring different aspects of health and lifestyle, all reinterpreted through pop-culture lenses. It could evolve into a broader project mixing education, music, and retro-futuristic visuals.
