Inspiration for SIMOGGA Solutions

The competition is fierce worldwide, companies compete with each other and the management focuses on the cost production while trying to keeping its energy footprint low.

This is the basis of the development of the SIMOGGA Solutions aiming at Visualizing, Quantifying and Optimizing the shop floor layout, the MRO processes as well the Warehouses.

We want to help companies to produce, maintain and recycle locally and keep the jobs locals

What SIMOGGA Solutions will do with GE Manufacturing Suite

We want to use the data collected by the WIP Manager and propose:

  • New shop floor layout increasing the capacity of the factory and reducing the production costs
  • Optimized MRO processes increasing drastically the usage of the material by reducing the time required to repair, maintain it
  • Optimized Warehouse management to ensure that the customer waits a minimum of time at the desk or waits for the delivery

We build desktop applications as well as public or private cloud based solutions depending on the customer’s needs.

  • We will integrate the data collected from various GE Brilliant Manufacturing suite with SIMOGGA Layout Design and propose optimized shop floor layout
  • We present dynamic shop floor layout proposing optimized shop floor layouts based on genetic algorithms mixed with the feedback from all actors working on the shop floors: unions, operators and managers

We want to use the data collected from the 3 GE Brilliant Manufacturing APIs to give a 360 view on the shop floor, warehouse or MRO processes by collecting, aggregating and optimizing the data collected from the field.

The SIMOGGA solutions use a proprietary data model.

The system imports data from the ERP using standard ETL (Extract Transform Load) processes.

Our goal is to integrate to the Brilliant Manufacturing Product APIs, perform the ETL (in real time or not) then visualize, quantify and optimize the shop floor layout as well as the planning

What is your prior experience working with manufacturing or machine data?
