Visual Cues was a pet project initially brainstormed to help my own daughter communicate. From concept to release (on both Android and Kindle Fire) it took a total of two weeks. With the help of both a speech pathologist and child psychologist I was able to ensure the app filled a real need, and did it well. To date there has been over 600 installs of the app, and it continues to be a helpful tool for my own daughter.
