Inspiration
I had this problem in all projects I work on. Mardowns doesn't support documenting conpect with complexity relationships for agents and for humans. AI generated htmls as the next option are highly human readable and can visualize complex information but are not very agent friendly and are not easily human editable.
What it does
A neural-network inspired visual brainstorming tool that allows your agent to drive it via WebMCP, and you to tweak it easily. So you can visualize complex concepts and relations beyond markdown/xml hierarchy and tables.
How we built it
AI-assisted engineering (aka vibe coded with great care). We particularly curated the human interactivity UX very much with minimal UI for you to focus on content but have all the shortcuts you can think of just work.
Challenges we ran into
React-flow limitations and auto wiring connected nodes are not well solved yet.
Accomplishments that we're proud of
Curated UX with smart tips on ways you can use the interface manually.
What we learned
We should not limit the tool to a brainmap-like diagramming.
What's next for Visual Thinker
Wrap the tool with all sorts of applications for higher-level research and knowledge discovery
