We wanted how to develop for applications for virtual reality

What it does

Uses the head tracking of the Oculus Rift and the hand tracking of the Leap Motion to fully immerse the user in an epic cube fighting extravaganza.

How we built it

We used Unity to create the graphics and C# for the game engine

Challenges we ran into

Interfacing the Leap Motion in order to turn the user's hand motions and positions into meaningful and usable inputs to the game engine.

Accomplishments that we're proud of

Finding a monitor to work with this PC. Actually finishing a fully playable game for VR.

What's next for Virtual_Cube_Fight

Making full use of the gestures a user can make, for example, a finger gun could be used to shoot cubes from afar. Working with the HTC Vive.
