Our team has found that learning remotely has put a strain on our mental health due to our inability to connect and meet classmates. We found that study groups were very useful but it was difficult to find new people to study with given the online environment. Therefore, we set out to create virtualstudy.space, a place where students can get together and meet their classmates, form study groups, and build life-long friendships.
Our project was built using the reactjs framework and microsoft graph api. We were able to leverage microsoft teams in order to provide a place for students to chat and call together.
