We wanted to create a such web app because sometimes we saw posters are not very organized on the school bulletin board, we wanted to create a pin-board which will 1).Works like a bulletin board(virtually) 2).Has organized layout. 3).Could support text, image, video, audio and multimedia.
So what we want to create is a public place that students and students org , school office and other parties could put their poster or announcements, but in a more tidy layout fashion.
