Inspiration

For a very long time I was working with very limited technologies to make my projects and was wondering how can I increase my knowledge about new exciting languages. So I decided to make a virtual Operating System using Golang and fyne

What it does

This operating System has functionalities like calculator, a weather app, a basic text editor and a gallery app.

How I built it

I built this project from scratch using languages( golang and fyne), by primarily referring to documentation provided by webpages of go and fyne.

Challenges I ran into

As it was my first time making a project using go, I was stuck at many places but eventually with help of documentation and community support provided by pages like GitHub and stack overflow, I was able to overcome all the challenges.

Accomplishments that I'm proud of

The only thing I'm proud about this project is that I was able to make a virtual OS with a new tech language that I was not familiar with and was able to pull off this project in given time.

What I learned

In the process I learned how to create basic apps using go and fyne and most importantly how to use platforms like GitHub to get solutions for the errors/bugs while trying to make a project.
