Inspiration

We were inspired by flappy bird along with the game of piano keys, we thought it would be a good idea to mix the two together!

What it does

You can choose what instrument you can play, either piano or guitar, from there you can choose the song and then using your computer keyboard you will be able to play the keys while moving the character !

How we built it

We used Python, from which we used Pygame in order to build it.

Challenges we ran into

We ran into a lot of different problems, first we weren't sure how to implement Pygame, then we had to find a way to implement the music into the program and connecting the notes to their appropriate computer key. We also split the work into three, one member worked on connecting the music to the keys, another on the starting page and the last on the movement of the character icon. The complication came when putting it all together, we were running low on time and we were still trying to get our separate parts working together pretty nicely, so it was hard trying to put them together and ensuring everything was still working fine.

Accomplishments that we're proud of

We were all able to finish our sides of the project and get them working pretty decently considering we learned about pygame yesterday morning.
