My initial inspiration came from a very simple pain point: although the company was already using Dream for outfit changes and event images, the actual production process felt more like opening blind boxes—to get a "usable" result, we had to constantly retry, make minor adjustments, and filter through images. For managers, this meant uncontrollable efficiency; for executors, it meant time being swallowed by randomness.
I call this phenomenon the "gacha cost." Its essence is not about "whether it can be generated," but rather:
The probability of getting it right on the first try is too low.
The consistency of the final images is insufficient.
The learning and trial-and-error costs for newcomers are high (especially when many colleagues in the team are reluctant to deal with ComfyUI nodes and environment configuration)
So I decided to shift my goal: instead of competing with Dream in terms of "effectiveness ceiling," I will create a tool that solidifies the workflow into a replicable, deliverable one-click production line
