Inspiration

The inspiration behind InterviewPro stemmed from the realization that the job application process can be daunting and challenging for many individuals. Recognizing the need for a comprehensive tool to help job seekers hone their interview skills, optimize their resumes, and receive personalized company recommendations, InterviewPro was born.

What it does

InterviewPro is an all-in-one platform designed to empower job seekers in their pursuit of career success. The platform offers several key features:

Mock Interview

Users can engage in realistic mock interviews tailored to various industries and job positions. This feature allows them to practice and refine their responses, gain confidence, and improve their overall interview performance.

Interview Feedback

The system will read the interview session and provide valuable feedback for the users. Helping them to learn from their mistakes and see what can be improved during the interview.

Resume Feedback

InterviewPro provides detailed feedback on users' resumes, highlighting strengths and suggesting areas for improvement. This feature ensures that resumes are optimized to catch the eye of recruiters and hiring managers.

Resume Optimization

Through AI-driven analysis, InterviewPro helps users optimize their resumes based on the feedback generated by the system and formatting improvements that can enhance their chances of passing through automated applicant tracking systems.

Company Recommendation

InterviewPro leverages machine learning algorithms to recommend companies that align with users' skills, preferences, and career goals. This personalized recommendation system assists users in targeting the right opportunities and finding the best-fit workplaces.

How we built it

The development of InterviewPro was made possible through the robust infrastructure provided by PartyRock AWS. Leveraging the powerful capabilities of PartyRock AWS, we ensured a scalable, secure, and reliable platform for job seekers.

Challenges we ran into

Building InterviewPro presented its fair share of challenges. Fine-tuning is not possible in PartyRock AWS so is UI optimization, there are no tools to format the User Interface and User Experience.
