Product concept An AI-powered wellness application that unifies mental and physical health tracking into a single, conversational experience. The problem Existing wellness tools are fragmented. Mood trackers (e.g. Daylio, MindDoc) capture emotional data in isolation. Fitness and nutrition apps (e.g. MyFitnessPal, Fitbod) capture physical data in isolation. Neither category correlates the two, despite strong, well-documented links between physical habits and mental wellbeing. Users are left to notice these connections manually, if at all. The solution The app combines three core components:

Unified daily tracking — mood, activity, and nutrition logged in one place Conversational AI companion — a natural-language check-in experience, powered by a large language model, that engages users daily in a supportive, low-friction way Cross-domain insight generation — the AI analyzes patterns across both physical and emotional data streams to surface connections a user might otherwise miss (e.g., correlating reduced activity with declining mood)

Differentiation The market for both mental health apps and fitness apps is large and mature, but the intersection — a single tool that reasons across both domains in natural conversation — remains largely unaddressed. This is the core value proposition, rather than out-competing established players on tracking features alone. Current stage Concept and early planning phase. Development approach: an MVP centered on core mood/habit tracking, followed by AI companion integration via an LLM API, with physical health and wearable integration planned as a later phase.
