Inspiration
We were inspired from discussing about the economy going on in the world and wish to implement how the economical activity runs through a small tile simulation game.
What it does
It simulates a medieval village that runs production, consumption and trade activity to live, as the saying Money is Everything.
How we built it
We first planned the algorithm of how the game should work and structure the flow of economy in the game, then develop it using Godot.
Challenges we ran into
As the whole team is a beginner to using Godot, we faced challenges to learn and implement our minimal knowledge into this development. This includes technical issue of the new software introduced to the team to corporate with one another of the same project.
Accomplishments that we're proud of
We have developed few features on the game such as how the economy runs, inventory setup, asset behaviour and design of the game.
What we learned
Godot programming language and implemented objected oriented programming.
What's next for Untitled
Finishing up the software development and graphic design of the game, as well as testing it whether the code are implemented in the game well.
