Inspiration
This bot was build for AWS Chatbot challenge. It is meant to be a personal assistant with small everyday tasks and reminders
What it does
It wrights information for your future reservations and orders, helps you to wright down information you would like to remember. It can be evoked by speech or text and will reply to a person in preferred interaction mode.
How I built it
It build with AWS. Lex, Polly, lambda functions,cloud formation, amazon s3 buckets are used for this project. Bot has certain set of intents and slots which are designed to interact with human in logical way, prompt questions from bot based on persons response.
Challenges I ran into
I haven't used AWS before this project, so it was a lot of new information and tools to understand, and figuring out how the way different components interact with each other.
Accomplishments that I'm proud of
I'm happy that I was able to create a bot that is able to have a conversation with a person
What I learned
I learned a whole new area. It was very interesting to work on a project with so many different components on a new (for me) platform and still be able to create something.
What's next for Viky Bot
As I will learn more about chatbots and possible AI, Viky Bot abilities will evolve.
