“Intelligent Collaborative Surveillance” uses multiple cameras that work in collaborative manner to creates an intelligent surveillance technology which is more reliable against attacks, cost less overall, need less energy to run and provides much more analytics. The resulting system has fewer effective streams and require less human attention and support.
The project has been includes as two modules, the first being motion detection and tracking based on camera switching and the second includes face detection and recognition.
