Inspiration --> Medical infra overwhelming is the biggest concern at he moment. Limited medical infrastructure and resources do not get overwhelmed and the patients in most need care.
How we built it ---> We used the freshbot bot builder to build the bot and integrated it with freshchat.
Accomplishments that we're proud of ---> We simplified the process:-
Prevent overcrowding of hospitals
Reduces risk of transmission
Safe screening remotely
Minimizes travel and exposure
Saves time for customers and hospital
Reduces burden on staff
Prevent hindrance in the functioning of the hospital
Encouraging self-care
What we learned ----> Even a simple thought process and simple implementation could make a big difference in solutioning and improving the customer experience.
What's next for Video Consultation & Social Bot Solution:- This will next be integrated with Whatsapp/Facebook and other social channels and extend it to fit any custom requirement that comes hospitals/medical clinics/ Organizations/Educational Institutions
