My journey to developing a mobile app was deeply inspired by my experiences as a driver for a non-medical transportation company. I often encountered customers who struggled with daily tasks, such as getting in and out of the car or managing their groceries. One particular customer, who was disabled, left a lasting impression on me when she apologized for the state of her home, which was in disarray due to her limited ability to maintain it. This moment touched my heart and motivated me to create a mobile app aimed at assisting individuals who face similar challenges in managing their households. Eight years later, I embarked on this project, learning that success hinges not just on knowledge but also on patience. While navigating the complexities of app development can be frustrating, it has equipped me with essential skills and strategies, reinforcing the idea that patience is a powerful tool in achieving one's goals.
