Inspiration

The inspiration behind VibeVerse was to create a next-generation social media app that focuses on connecting people, fostering genuine interactions, and nurturing creativity. We wanted to design a platform where users can share their moments, inspire others, and build meaningful relationships.

What it does

VibeVerse is a social media app that allows users to connect with friends, share their experiences through photos, videos, and posts, and engage in creative activities. It provides a vibrant and user-friendly interface for browsing and interacting with content, discovering new ideas, and collaborating with others.

How we built it

Currently we have built the frontend on Figma. Our main aim is to built it using a combination of modern web and mobile app development technologies. The backend infrastructure will created using scalable and reliable frameworks The frontend will be designed with a focus on intuitive user experience and visually appealing design. The app will also incorporate robust security measures and privacy features to protect user data.

Challenges we ran into

Starting the project included redesigning an entire app like Instagram which took loads of time to complete. Completing the frontend was our target and we completed it successfully.

Accomplishments that we're proud of

We could complete the front end on Figma before the submission period.

Figma auto-layout, frames in figma and how to start using figma from Scratch.

What's next for VibeVerse

Building the app and making it publicly accessible. Although main core things to improve include the user experience, introduce new features that enhance creativity and connection, and expand our user base.
