Inspiration
Traveling solo can be exciting, but finding compatible travel companions is often difficult. Many travelers struggle to connect with people who share similar interests, budgets, travel styles, and destinations. We wanted to solve this problem by creating VibeTrip, a social travel platform that helps travelers discover like-minded companions, plan trips together, and build meaningful travel experiences.
What it does
VibeTrip is an AI-powered travel companion matching platform that connects travelers based on their travel preferences, personality vibes, interests, budgets, and destinations.

Challenges we ran into

- Replacing mock frontend data with dynamic backend APIs
- Creating a scalable database architecture capable of supporting thousands of travelers
