Inspiration
In the academic environment of these days students often experience high levels of stress ,fatigue and digital burnout. While similar apps exist ,they often address wellness in isolation ,focusing on a single sense. I believed that there was an opportunity to create a holistic, multisensory experience that harmonizes body and mind through a blend of music, aromatherapy, and micro-movements.
While building the app a thought crossed my mind ;“What if wellness didn’t just react to your state, but truly resonated with it across all your senses?” and the result was vibesync beaver wellness app that creates personalized, multisensory wellness experiences by weaving together music, aromatherapy, and micro-movement routines based on a student’s emotional and physical state, with Agentic AI curating and delivering wellness kits to sustain the experience. I wanted to give students not just another wellness tool but a wellness companion that weaves support into their day-to-day lives in an intuitive, beautiful, and science-backed way.
What it does
This app offers personalized wellness routines combining music, aromatherapy, and micro-movements, with Agentic AI curating and delivering customized wellness kits–including essential oils, playlists, and exercises–to support the user's emotional and physical well-being.
How we built it
The project began with comprehensive research into existing wellness apps, identifying gaps and areas for improvement. Core components were designed, including an AI system for personalizing wellness routines, integration of music and aromatherapy, and a delivery mechanism for wellness kits. APIs for music and essential oils were utilized, alongside AI algorithms assessing user states.
Challenges we ran into
Integrating AI, wellness, and user-centric design posed significant challenges. Ensuring the AI accurately assessed user states and provided effective recommendations was a hurdle. Additionally, designing a user-friendly interface accessible to students without deep tech backgrounds was challenging. Logistics of delivering wellness kits timely and efficiently added complexity.

As the developer of this app, I am proud of creating an innovative solution that integrates music, aromatherapy, and micro-movement routines in a way that truly meets students' needs for personalized wellness. I celebrate the thoughtful design, which considers the emotional and physical state of users, making the app not just a tool but a supportive experience.
