VibeStore – AI-Powered Micro Store Builder

The Inspiration

I’ve always been fascinated by how quickly creators can come up with product ideas but struggle to actually sell them online. Most platforms are either too complex or too limited. I wanted to build something that removes every barrier between an idea and a live, sellable store.

How I Built VibeStore with MeDo

I built VibeStore entirely using MeDo — Baidu’s no-code AI platform. I started with a detailed initial prompt describing the full vision: an AI-powered micro store builder where users simply describe their digital product and get a beautiful, ready-to-sell store with Stripe payments.

Through multi-turn conversations with MeDo, I iteratively built:

• User authentication (email + password + magic link)
• Dashboard to manage stores
• AI product page generator using Kling Image Generation plugin
• Beautiful public product pages with hero, features, pricing tiers, and purchase flow
• Full Stripe Payments integration
• Order management system

The most impressive moment was when MeDo autonomously generated a complete, conversion-optimized product page (including smart pricing suggestions and marketing copy) from just a single sentence in under 30 seconds.

I used the visual editor to refine layouts, added subtle animations, and ensured everything was fully responsive. The entire app was built and deployed without writing a single line of code.

Challenges & Learnings

The biggest challenge was guiding MeDo to maintain consistent design language and data flow across multiple pages. I learned how to structure prompts effectively — being extremely specific about UI style, user flows, and plugin integrations (especially Kling and Stripe) produced dramatically better results.

This project taught me that with the right prompting strategy, MeDo can build production-ready full-stack applications faster than traditional development.

VibeStore lets any creator turn an idea into a live online store in minutes. It showcases the true power of MeDo’s agentic AI capabilities and proves that complex, beautiful, and functional applications can be built through natural language alone.
