Inspiration

Whenever I go on reddit, I see that the most common post is about some company's customer service is not up to the mark. I myself faced this issue multiple times and I thought, If we bring twitter's social pressure on any customer service issue, it will be resolved ASAP.

What it does

VibeCheck uses social pressure to make sure that companies resolve customer service issues as quickly as possible. It does this via the below mechanisms

-> A user posts a complaint, people begin to view it. -> It it is not resolved, it begins to accrue dislikes. -> If it is still not resolved, the public MTTR goes down and the company over all will be seen as a slacker. -> As people begin to use it, we will have a dashboard will both hall of fame and shame. -> I think no social platform can be complete without an in-platform social hierarchy. We will try to encourage some people to try and become creators, who make content with the data that we have been able to gather.

How we built it

I built it using react. I would have to confess that most of the work has been accomplished by bolt, under my creative direction.

Accomplishments that we're proud of

I am proud that I was able to bring my vision to life this quickly. A green field project of this size would take at least 150 hours if. with bolt, I was able to complete this in 20 percent of the time.

What we learned

-> I learned that the path I am on is good. Starting a company is much better than just being as SWE, especially with AI tools such as bolt being as good as they are.

-> Integrating AI within your workflow is complex, but its high priority

-> Seeing your ideas come into reality with just a prompt is genuinely fulfilling. I hope many people will use this to bring their ideas to life.

I will be sending this to people who has customer service problems within reddit. See what happens!
