VibeCheck was created to solve this problem by providing personalized music recommendations tailored to each student's unique study situation. Through a short quiz, users answer questions about their subject, study environment, study time, difficulty level, and planned study duration. Using this information, VibeCheck matches users with a music genre and playlist that best fits their needs. This creates a more personalized experience than simply choosing a random playlist and helps students find music that supports their focus, motivation, and productivity. Our goal was to make studying more efficient and enjoyable by removing the guesswork from choosing study music. VibeCheck provides students with a quick and simple way to discover playlists that match their study habits, allowing them to spend less time searching and more time learning.
