Inspiration

Vibe was born from the need to foster stronger connections between teams, stakeholders, and users. Inspired by the power of communication, I wanted to create a tool that not only informs but also inspires and engages every person within the organization. Vibe is designed to bridge the gap between technical information and user engagement, making every update feel meaningful and impactful.

What it does

Vibe is an Rovo AI Agent that revolutionizes internal and external communication. By generating tailored posts and summaries for platforms like LinkedIn, Instagram, Discord, WhatsApp, and more, Vibe keeps everyone aligned with the company's goals. Whether it's celebrating milestones, announcing new features, or sharing team reminders, Vibe ensures that messages are both engaging and informative. It transforms the way I communicate, building stronger connections across the entire organization. It works well with Confluence pages or blogposts and Jira Issues to gather relevant info for generating the response.

How I built it

Vibe was built using Rovo AI Model and integrations with Jira and Confluence using the forge platform api for connecting and collecting knowledge sources for the Rovo agent. I kept the user data completely inside the app without any external API calls.

Challenges I ran into

One of my biggest challenges was making sure that Vibe’s content felt authentic across different platforms and for diverse audiences. Finding the right tone that aligns with the company’s branding while also being engaging and accessible was tricky. Another challenge was ensuring that Vibe could seamlessly integrate with Jira and Confluence, pulling out relevant content to generate meaningful updates.

Accomplishments that I'm proud of

I’m proud of how Vibe makes communication feel personal yet professional. The ability to automate and tailor posts to a wide range of platforms has been a game-changer for internal and external communication. I’m also proud of the seamless integration with Jira and Confluence, making it easy for teams to stay updated without extra effort.

What I learned

I learned that AI-powered communication is about more than just delivering information—it’s about creating a connection. Vibe has taught me the power of crafting messages that resonate emotionally while remaining informative. I also learned that the integration of tools like Jira and Confluence can greatly enhance productivity when paired with automation.
