Inspiration
Unseen wonders — I believe there are countless solo developers building exceptional tools, interfaces, and experiences that never reach the spotlight. These projects, often crafted late into the night with pure passion and creative instinct, deserve to be discovered. With the rise of powerful tools like Bolt.new, developers like me can prototype faster than ever — but the discovery ecosystem hasn’t caught up. Vibe - Fanatic is my response to that gap.
What it does
Vibe - Fanatic is a next-gen product browser dedicated to “vibe-coded” digital experiences — projects that are emotionally resonant, aesthetically driven, and often made by indie or solo devs. It functions as a hybrid between a minimalist browser and a curated discovery platform, surfacing under-the-radar builds made with modern tools like Bolt.new and organizing them by aesthetic, intent, and emotional tone.
How we built it
I used Bolt.new as the core development platform to visually architect the frontend and application logic, which helped me move fast and focus on design decisions without getting bogged down in boilerplate. For the backend and database layer, I used Supabase, which offered a powerful mix of PostgreSQL, authentication, and real-time capabilities. Together, these tools let me build a full-stack product solo — without compromising scale or performance.
Challenges we ran into
One of the toughest challenges was defining what makes a product “vibe-coded” in a way that users could immediately understand and interact with. Balancing curation with open discovery was another key issue — I didn’t want the platform to feel noisy or algorithmically stale. Designing a product that acts like a browser but behaves like a feed also meant rethinking UI flow, tagging logic, and interaction patterns from scratch.
Accomplishments that we're proud of
As a solo developer, shipping a fully functional and visually distinctive product browser is something I’m incredibly proud of. I was able to go from idea to working MVP using Bolt.new and Supabase without touching any traditional code stacks. Seeing the platform surface lesser-known yet beautifully built projects — that alone validated the mission behind Vibe - Fanatic.## What we learned
What's next for Vibe - Fanatic [Next Gen Product Browser for Vibe coders]
Next, I’m building out personalization layers so users can follow certain vibes, moods, or creators. I plan to integrate GitHub and Notion support to highlight the how behind each build, not just the what. Longer-term, I see Vibe - Fanatic becoming a destination for solo makers to gain visibility and connect — not just a product feed, but a platform for celebrating creative coding at the edge of emotion and innovation.
